Poi\u0161\u010de izdelek, ga doda v ko\u0161arico in klikne velik gumb &#8220;Naprej na naro\u010dilo&#8221; (ang. proceed to checkout). V naslednji fazi mora le \u0161e vnesti svoje podatke, naslov za dostavo, izbrati po\u0161tnino, na\u010din pla\u010dila &#8230; in nakup bo opravljen! A kaj se zgodi? <strong>Uporabnik zopet zapusti ko\u0161arico!<\/strong> Zakaj? Kaj je tisto, kar obiskovalce zmoti? Ve\u010dina checkout strani je bila dolgo sestavljena iz 2-4 strani, kjer je uporabnik vnesel vrsto nepotrebnih podatkov &#8211; ime in priimek, EM\u0160O, \u0161tevilko zdravstvene kartice, \u0161tevilko mamine zdravstvene kartice, povpre\u010dno oceno na faksu, dioptrijo, \u0161tevilo preigranih ur Fife &#8211; seveda zaradi la\u017eje predstave pretiravam, vendar \u017eelim poudariti dejstvo, da <strong>preveliko \u0161tevilo zahtevanih podatkov uporabnika odvrne, da zaklju\u010di nakup.<\/strong>\u00a0Prepri\u010dan sem, da se je tudi vam \u017ee to zgodilo.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mo\u017ena re\u0161itev: One-page checkout?<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">One-page checkout je stran, ki je sestavljena iz enega preglednega koraka, ki uporabniku omogo\u010da preprostej\u0161i in prijaznej\u0161i\u00a0zaklju\u010dek nakupa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je eden izmed dobrih na\u010dinov za zmanj\u0161anje odstotka zapu\u0161\u010denih ko\u0161aric, vendar pa imata oba na\u010dina (one-page in multi-page checkout) svoje prednosti in slabosti, ki jih mora vsak trgovec pretehtati in presoditi, kateri\u00a0je za njegovo spletno trgovino ustreznej\u0161i. Hitrost<\/p>\n<p>Uporabnik hitreje izpolni vsa polja v enem koraku, saj mu ni treba \u010dakati, da se nalo\u017ei nov korak. Hitreje izpolnjen checkout pomeni, da ima uporabnik na voljo manj \u010dasa, da si premisli in zapusti stran.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0;\">2. Status o napredku (ang. progress)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uporabnik na vsaki stopnji ve, koliko polj mora \u0161e izpolniti, kar je dobra psiholo\u0161ka spodbuda za dokon\u010danje nakupa.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0;\">3. Navigacija<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ker so vsa polja na eni strani, ne potrebujemo navigacijskih elementov, saj ni potrebe po vra\u010danju na prej\u0161nje korake. Na multi-step checkoutu se lahko pri skoku na prej\u0161nji korak pojavi te\u017eava, saj mora uporabnik znova vnesti podatke.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Slabosti\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0;\">1. Videz<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ker so polja razporejena v razli\u010dne korake, so ti bolj pregledni in kratki.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Slabosti\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify; margin-bottom: 0;\">1. \u0160tevilo korakov<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ko uporabnik vidi, da je checkout sestavljen iz 4 korakov, predvideva, da mora izpolniti veliko polj, ki mu bodo vzela veliko \u010dasa, zato raje zapusti trgovino.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Optimalna re\u0161itev?<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">V Optiwebu spletne trgovine izdelujemo na dveh platformah, in sicer <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.optiweb.com\/sl\/storitve\/spletne-trgovine\/woocommerce\/\">WooCommerce<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.optiweb.com\/sl\/storitve\/spletne-trgovine\/magento\/\">Magento<\/a>. Dolo\u010dene teme za WooCommerce \u017ee imajo implementiran one-page checkout, zato je, \u010de je to za vas bolj primerna re\u0161itev, vsekakor priporo\u010dljivo uporabiti tak\u0161no temo. Magento pa ima privzet multi-page checkout, zato za one-page checkout priporo\u010dam uporabo modula <a href=\"https:\/\/www.magentocommerce.com\/magento-connect\/one-page-checkout-extension.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fire Checkout<\/a>, ki ga tudi mi uporabljamo na na\u0161ih trgovinah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kot lahko razberete iz \u010dlanka, checkout \u0161e zdale\u010d ni edini in najbolj\u0161i na\u010din za zmanj\u0161anje odstotka zapu\u0161\u010denih ko\u0161aric. Je pa dejstvo, da je one-page checkout trenutno izjemno priljubljen, saj je prijazen z vidika uporabni\u0161ke izku\u0161nje.
