EKWB je mednarodno delujo\u010de podjetje s sede\u017eem v Sloveniji, ukvarja pa se z razvojem in proizvodnjo tehnologij za vodno hlajenje ra\u010dunalnikov. Od skromnih za\u010detkov daljnega leta 1999 so do danes postali vodilna sila svoje bran\u017ee po celem svetu. Navdu\u0161enim sestavljavcem PC-jev ali \u201cgamerjem\u201d tako ponujajo celoten spekter izdelkov za vodno hlajenje: od vodnih blokov, radiatorjev, do kompletov \u017ee sestavljenih re\u0161itev.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><b>Strankin problem in predlagana re\u0161itev<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glavna strankina te\u017eava je dol\u017eina nakupnega procesa. \u010ceprav spletna stran dnevno bele\u017ei kar precej nakupov, katerih vrednosti niso ravno skromne, smo opazili, da znatno \u0161tevilo obiskovalcev obi\u0161\u010de produktno stran, nakupa pa ne zaklju\u010di.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odlo\u010dili smo se, da bomo te obiskovalce poskusili prepri\u010dati z <\/span><b>remarketingom<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glede na to, da podjetje EKWB \u017ee od nekdaj veliko vlaga v <strong>grajenje skupnosti &#8220;gamerjev&#8221;<\/strong> na Facebooku in jim tam ponuja uporabne vsebine, je bil ta kanal ve\u010d kot o\u010ditna izbira. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podjetje je \u017eelelo izpostaviti \u0161tiri glavne kategorije izdelkov: Kits, Radiatiors, AIO (Predator) in Fittings. Na omenjene kategorije se pogosto navezujejo tudi vsebine, ki jih podjetje EKWB objavlja na svojem blogu, zato smo na njihovi osnovi pripravili tudi targetirane ciljne skupine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u2192 Targetiranje<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S pomo\u010djo Facebook pixla smo kreirali ve\u010d skupin ljudi, ki so obiskali podstrani, ki so omenjale produkte za remarketing:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ogled posamezne kategorije (npr. Kits),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ogled posameznega blog \u010dlanka, povezanega s kategorijo (npr. Fittings and tubing guide),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ogled videov (ve\u010d kot 50 % videa Predator 360 AIO kit).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A v remarketing kampanji ne \u0161teje le, koga targetiramo; <\/span><b>\u0161e pomembneje je, koga izklju\u010dimo. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ker nismo \u017eeleli, da se oglas prikazuje ljudem, ki so \u017ee opravili nakup, je bilo klju\u010dnega pomena, da izklju\u010dimo to\u010dno dolo\u010deno ob\u010dinstvo: <\/span>vse, ki so v zadnjih 180 dneh opravili nakup<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lokacijsko se v tem primeru nismo omejevali, saj smo ciljali na ljudi, ki podjetje in njihovo spletno mesto \u017ee poznajo; ti pa se nahajajo po celem svetu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u2192 Priprava oglasov<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div --><\/div><\/div><div id='av_section_4'  class='avia-section main_color avia-section-default avia-no-shadow avia-bg-style-scroll  avia-builder-el-6  el_after_av_section  el_before_av_section  quote-blog  container_wrap fullsize' style=' '  ><div class='container' ><div class='template-page content  av-content-full alpha units'><div class='post-entry post-entry-type-page post-entry-18015'><div class='entry-content-wrapper clearfix'>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Z besedama &#8220;today&#8221; in &#8220;now&#8221; smo vzbudili potrebo po nujnosti \u010dimprej\u0161njega nakupa.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><!-- close content main div --><\/div><\/div><div id='av_section_5'  class='avia-section main_color avia-section-default avia-no-shadow avia-bg-style-scroll  avia-builder-el-8  el_after_av_section  el_before_av_section   container_wrap fullsize' style=' '  ><div class='container' ><div class='template-page content  av-content-full alpha units'><div class='post-entry post-entry-type-page post-entry-18015'><div class='entry-content-wrapper clearfix'>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Kreative:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Za vsako produktno kategorijo smo pripravili po dve razli\u010dici oglasa, ki sta se razlikovali v oglasni kreativi. Vklju\u010dili smo tudi vse potrebne elemente, s katerimi smo jasno sporo\u010dali, kaj se ogla\u0161uje in se tako izognili zavajanju potencialnih kupcev. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cena<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>:<\/strong> V opis izdelka smo dodali razpon cene izdelka (od x \u20ac dalje), saj se posamezni produkti znotraj kategorije med seboj cenovno razlikujejo. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u2192 Spremljanje u\u010dinkovitosti<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Statistike Facebook oglasov smo zbirali v vmesniku Facebook Business Manager, za natan\u010dnej\u0161e merjenje podatkov pa smo hkrati uporabljali tudi Google Analytics, kjer smo z UTM oznakami opremili vse uporabljene povezave v kampanji. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na ta na\u010din smo lahko spremljali tudi ostale rezultate, ki so vezani na dogajanje na strani (npr. Bounce rate, \u0161tevilo ogledanih strani na sejo itd.).\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obe orodji sta nam omogo\u010dili natan\u010dno bele\u017eenje statistik, ki so klju\u010dnega pomena pri spremljanju u\u010dinkovitosti oglasov <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tako znotraj posameznih umestitev kot tudi pri oglasnih kreativah.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Rezultati kampanje<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kampanja je bila aktivna en mesec. Pa naj \u0161e kdo re\u010de, da takih \u0161tevilk ne bi rad videl na svojem ra\u010dunu. :)<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><b>Klju\u010dni poudarki <\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prikazani rezultati so sicer odli\u010den stranski produkt enomese\u010dne remarketing kampanje, a podjetje je s tem pridobilo \u0161e veliko ve\u010d.
